I'd love to be able to have the button pressed event in Home Assistant.

Describe alternatives you've considered
People usually buy a smart plug and make an automation on Tapo app which they then read into HA as a proxy for button pressed.

It is available if udp broadcast is captured. Camera needs to be on the same network as home assistant.

If that does not work, there is no other way to implement this locally.
