C222: Motion / Person Detection Not Showing for 1 camera

Hello,

I've two C222 cameras running the same firmware and one of them shows up the "Cell Motion Detection" and "Person Detection" and the other doesn't. The cameras weren't bought together but they seem to be the same hardware revision and running the same firmware.

I've removed and added the problematic camera do HA again and it still doesn't work. Maybe this is related to the same issue here #1332?

Let me know if / how I can collect more info.

Reproduction Steps

1. Add the camera
2. No entity shows up

Expected behavior

Cell motion detection and person detection should appear in all cameras from the same model.

If applicable, add error logs.

Binary sensor for motion doesn't show up or work
Motion sensor is added only after a motion is detected for the first time.

The camera already detected motion and I got notifications on their app. Should I remove it, move in front of it and add the camera again? This seems questionable.
