Adds kuzushi, a local-first security-review pipeline that runs inside Claude Code: source→sink static analysis plus sandboxed dynamic proof, with SARIF output for CI. MIT-licensed, multi-language (C/C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, Ruby, PHP).
