Adds the missing build-time setup steps to the iOS and Flutter manual setup docs. iOS now covers the Xcode dSYM/source-context upload phase with Sentry CLI auth and required build settings; Flutter now covers Sentry Dart Plugin configuration, ignored
sentry.properties, and release build/plugin commands for debug symbol uploads.The iOS run script and input path now mirror the existing
