Pull request overview

Updates the wolfZFS build README based on a fresh Debian 13 setup, primarily to make prerequisites more complete for building OpenZFS (with wolfSSL) and running the ZFS test suite.

Changes:

  • Added a Debian package installation section with a broader dependency list for kernel/wolfSSL/ZFS build + tests
  • Repositioned the “Build kernel” section after the new package prerequisites
